Monday - Friday
8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.
Court is held the third (3rd) Tuesday of every month at 5:00 p.m.
Remote Appearance:
To appear remotely the participant must have access to a computer or smart phone with a camera,
microphone and speaker. They must provide the court with both a phone number and email address
where they can be contacted and receive a participation code. They will be provided a time that they
will be required to join the meeting after which they will be called in the order of appearance. Failure to
appear for your scheduled hearing time without adequate reason my constitute Failure to Appear and a
warrant may be issued as a result. All participants are required to wear court appropriate clothing and
be in a location where they will be able to hear and be heard during the hearing.
All notices to defendants or other participants of any proceeding must be amended to prominently
display: In accordance with the Governors Emergency Orders and the OCA guidelines for court
operations during the declared COVID 19 emergency all court hearings will be conducted remotely when
possible. Anyone not having the ability to appear remotely may be allowed to appear in person after
contacting the court and verifying their inability to appear remotely.

CITATIONS
Once a citation is received, you will have until the appearance date listed at the bottom of the citation in which to take care of the charges filed against you.

It is the defendant's responsibility to make the payment to the right court and for the correct amount. If the court rejects your payment, the fine amount will be refunded but the processing fee will not. Please pay carefully.

Deferred Disposition and Driving Safety Course (DSC) fees are payable on Traffic Payment's website ONLY IF you have first gotten permission from the court and turned in all paperwork. Please allow 2 business days after being granted Deferred or DSC to make your payment here.
Partial payments are allowed only if you have been to court and been placed on Deferred Disposition by the Judge. All other partial payments will be rejected.
